Design Documentation

Our design process evolved through three main stages: from quick paper sketches to three versions in Figma. Each version reflects new ideas, feedback, and technical adjustments.

Table of contents

Initial Paper Sketches

We began with simple paper sketches to quickly explore layout ideas and screen structure. These rough drafts helped us define the core functionality and flow before moving to digital designs.

Figma – Version 1 (April 2025)

The first Figma draft translated our sketches into digital mockups. It focused on the essential flows: login, signup, apartment listing, and rent tracking.

Figma – Version 2 (May 2025)

In this version, we improved layout alignment and navigation based on user feedback. Buttons became more consistent, spacing was improved, and mobile usability received more attention.

Figma – Final Version 3 (June 2025)

The final version focused on refinement and responsiveness. We introduced clearer visual hierarchy, simplified user flows, and ensured mobile-friendliness across all screens.
