🟦 My observation (Wahrnehmung)
Caren is a real doer - once a task is clear, she just gets it done. She approaches challenges without hesitation, learns what she needs, and delivers results consistently and always on time. However, I noticed that she rarely shows initiative or challenges existing ideas. There’s no resistance, which sometimes makes collaboration smooth, but it also meant we missed opportunities for richer discussions or creative input.

🟩 Effect on me (Wirkung)
The effect was mostly positive: working with someone so reliable gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus on other parts of the project. At the same time, I sometimes wished for more active engagement and spontaneous feedback, especially because I’m not perfect either and value open exchange. The setup encouraged me to step up as a leader more often, which was a great personal learning experience.

🟨 Tip for the future (Wunsch)
Don’t be afraid to take initiative: your skills and judgment are solid, and your voice matters! Try to be more proactive in giving feedback, sharing your thoughts, and even taking the lead sometimes. It’s not only about doing things right, but also about making the project interesting and dynamic for yourself and others.
